Not sure what was going on but just didn't have the fire to go heavy. PR is 170#<br />4. 14:58. Subbed 35# thrusters instead because low ceiling and no 30# ball at home. Felt like it was way harder than the 30# WB but I have been sucking wind at metcons.<br />5. Skipped and did tabata squats and squat therapy. 17 on tabata squats. old PR was 15 in the summer. Need to work on these more. Been CrossFitting for 5 years now and this is the first WOD that had me on my back starring at the ceiling spin for about 10 minutes.
