HR was fine throughout, just shoulders were beat.<br /><br />C&J 2+2 Complex- @165<br /> -THIS got my HR more than the metcon. need to review the video I took to see how my Split J's looked. Always has been a rough spot for me from a technical standpoint.<br /><br />DL's- 355 throughout (did an extra opening set at 350, because I forgot to put the 5lb plate on one side... idiot) <br /> -with a 1RM of 455, this was a perfect weight.
