He's sitting 15th in the SE after two events, and did I mention he's 40 years old? Pretty pumped for the position he's in, going into the CFG season.<br /><br />5 Rounds, each for time w/ 3min rest after each.. <br />15 box jumps @30", 10 DL's @275, 5 Mup's - we were neck and neck throughout.. <br /><br />-1:06/1:04/1:02/1:03/1:15 on the last one after tripping up on the box jumps twice.<br />UB on everything other than that last round of BJ's..<br /><br />Today- <br /><br />Did the 14 EMOTM Rx'd. Felt good.
