60-90 minutes of mobility, stretching, or yoga.

  2. Did mobility, lax ball in hip has made my hip pain resurface out of nowhere. Anyone out there deal with similar issues, if so, do you mind sharing what helped you out. Thanks

  3. away in Cali this week with team progenex to hang out at the CFGames! Today we had a lifting seminar with Kendrick Ferris! So much fun! Did the box WOD today
    10 Front Squats
    20 Pull Ups
    1 mile run
    10 front squats
    20 pull ups
    1 mile run
    10 front squats
    20 pull ups
    (i used 135#)

    19:33 - uphill sucks !! lol
    rest around 3-5 min
    then
    max front squats @ the same weight
    i stopped at 28
