Eff! I hate missing FGB, my favorite workout. Doing the coaches prep course in VA this weekend.
ReplyDeletehaha! I HATE DOING FGB! LOL always happy when im done though :)
DeleteMe too.. It's a mental one for me. Love/hate thing.. Maybe slightly more hate hahah!
DeleteSore all over from this week.. Think the tabata is mostly responsible. Anyone else feeling that way? Maybe this is just a reminder of my almost 37 yo body...
Everyone I workout with who follows CompWOD felt that way this morning! Mark...you are not alone.
DeleteThanks Clayton! Good reassurrance :). About to hit FGB after a nap and some mobility.
DeleteI couldn't agree more...my body is hurting. The tabata is still killing me 2 days later. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow morning's recovery from the wall balls! See you all on Monday.
DeleteI missed FGB coz of Tabata something else. Feels like first time.
DeleteLet us know how it goes!

DeleteFelt beat up to hell this morning. By the sounds of things I should of got this done as everyone else felt the same. On the way back in from a week off for illness and a week before that was a holiday. Paying the price.
ReplyDeleteDecided on;

ReplyDelete- this is funny but aggravating. I done fgb almost a year to the date. My total then was 277 rx. My goal today 325...after completely this today and totally my count at 275! So devastated and pissed! It felt great and I knew I would be in the mid 300's. Then it hit me that I forgot to do the row!!! 😡😡
fgb: 440 (37 rep PR)
ReplyDeleteDEX HOPKINS you are Bad A$$
DeleteHey that ain't bad

ReplyDelete1) Definitely beat up today, lower back tight and tweaky hip. So I did a FGB format with low intensity movements to keep Jon the Machine Moreno company. Back at it Monday!
Haha nice guy:)

ReplyDelete364. PR by 10 reps from April. Still no rower so subbed 35# KBS, same as last time. I'll take it given how sore I am today. Much needed rest day tomorrow, but I promised the wife I'd do a slow 4.5 mile run with her in the morning...
ReplyDelete431 (168,134,129) - 443 is PR
ReplyDeleteQuick question, but assuming women's height on wall balls is 10'. Am I right?
