4 Power Cleans

Chicks: 135#
Scale this weight if needed. Beasts will get 8+ rounds on this. If you are under 5 rounds the weight was too heavy or you didn't dig deep enough.
I should have scaled ... Completely failed this workout ... Made it through one round with horrible form... Tried for 2nd minute and it took me 2.5 min... So tried to do a 3rd round and it took ne too long again... Tried to drop weight at this point to 115 but it was too late ... Just horrible... Goal? To be able to do this workout rx in 3 months
ReplyDeleteClean Complex: 4 rnds rx, failed rnd 5 took 1:15 took off minute 6 then did another complex minute 7 and then failed minute 8
ReplyDeleteLimiting factor was the push jerk overhead strength always been a weakness
Then worked up to a heavy PC got 255# which is a PR
Failed with 185 (3 rounds + 2 cleans)
