Have my first comp this weekend so I'm going to be tapering the rest of the week. Today I did some prep with hang cleans and other stuff that's in the comp. Also did the Ogar Strong work out at about 85% speed. Got through 8rds and 4 reps. Felt solid throughout. Have a great rest of the week yall!
