    1. DL- 375, 375, 385, 395, 395. No hs walks due to gym logistics. Did 30 hs shoulder taps each round instead

    1. Finished the OMEM. Handstand walks took me about 40 seconds per round. Used 215 for Deadlift
    2. 12:41RX - unbroken front squats and double unders -- C2B pull-ups got me again, those jerks! Must be a reason why they are programmed so much :) :) I will continue to get better at them!
    3. Worked on stringing together TTB - Did 5x3 Strict Press at 75 lbs (a very weak lift for me) - and attempted a few muscle-ups. Got one, but it was ugly and it hurt my elbow, so I walked away from it :)
