ReplyDelete1. Finished the OMEM. Handstand walks took me about 40 seconds per round. Used 215 for Deadlift
2. 12:41RX - unbroken front squats and double unders -- C2B pull-ups got me again, those jerks! Must be a reason why they are programmed so much :) :) I will continue to get better at them!
3. Worked on stringing together TTB - Did 5x3 Strict Press at 75 lbs (a very weak lift for me) - and attempted a few muscle-ups. Got one, but it was ugly and it hurt my elbow, so I walked away from it :)
