  7. Finished regional workouts Saturday so took two rest days and made up my own WOD for today while waiting on tomorrow's.
    2 x 10 backsquat - kept this light and low 185, 215
    4rft: 10pullups, 10burpees, 10ring dips, 10KBswings(2pood) - 8:24
