    Barbell Complex
    Worked up to 225lbs. Failed an attempt at 245lbs on the squat clean.
    (Bodyweight 167lbs)

    METCON
    Finished all 30 Rounds
    -- All C2B unbroken butterfly

    Felt amazing. Haven't done that many C2B since last year at Regionals

    Did another complex after 5 Rounds @ 185.
    1 Power Clean - 1 Push Press - 1 Thruster - 1 Paus Jerk

    No Metcon today, Did OTM training instead. 20 min Even/Odd 20 Sledge Hammers alt side, 30 DU

  14. 1. 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 kg Felt great! Could have gone for more but did not want to push my luck, since I new the metcon was gonna be hard.

    2. 20 rounds (first 15 went unbroken in 30-35 sec, then the push ups became the goat in this WOD and that's what made me fail. c2b and squats good)

    First 5 mins did 3-10-15 and realized I was not going to make it. Scaled to 3-8-12 and made it to minute 21. Then did 7 rounds plus 3 c2b in remaining time.

  25. Ad-lobbing for the next few days due to travel schedule. Did EMOMx10 of 4 burpees, 8 sit-ups, 12 air squats. Then took a nice slow 3 mile jog with my wife. Trying to enjoy the Florida weather after enduring this brutal Indianapolis winter.

    Worked up to 195. Was easy but my back is really tight from the deadlifts.
    Felt terrible for the metcon. 5 rounds on the minute plus 6 every other minute. Push ups killed me.

  29. Competed in my first competition today and came in 5th place RX'd! It wasn't a very big competition but there were some studs. 5th/15 ain't bad!

  30. 1. Front squated heavy. Missed that on Thursday.

    2. 19 rounds 10 squats. 4 round pr from reg Chelsea. Came in sore as hell from a wod we did at our box yesterday with 100 burpees or so.

  31. 1) worked up to 225. Kept it light to work on form and opening hips.

    2) failed on 18th set. Continued 30 rounds. If I didn't finish within the minute I rested next minute. Took 34 minutes total.

    10 climbing sets of: Got 245 easy, missed the friggin 255 squat clean on my 9th set. Decided to go for 275 instead of redoing 255. Couldn't hold onto my hook grip when I came down off the power clean into the HSC. Feel confident that I have 275 in the bank.

    2. "C2B Chelsea"
    EMOMx30- Just wanted to go as long as possible, pushups and CTB are a goat for a 230 lb dude. Did 9 rounds plus 5 air squats, just ran out of time

    EMOM 12- pull-ups with weighted vest on evens and 50 dubs on odds.

    Metcon for 15 rounds. Just tried to burn out every round to keep the heart rate up for 15 min and control breathing

    2) 20 min c2b chelsea with 8# weight vest. ran outta time and had to jet, but this felt good.

    1. Worked up to 225#. Felt great! Could have went 10-20# heavier.

    2. 30 Rounds. All rounds completed in 35 sec or less.

    Open: 30 rounds unbroken under 35s and butterfly C2B. I'm not sure if pushups were hand release, I did them that way.
