I have not been as competive in the last year after having my first child. I feel weak as I have gotten back to regularly working out. I keep looking at the getting hu-age template and owner if I should go back and start there to get some strength back or to keep follow in the open workouts. I'm looking for any insight. I say, don't over think it. If you like lifting heavy then go lift some heavy shit. It's all good, but to give you a simple answer - just Crossfit , lol - yeah the open prep is a bit more conditioning but it doesn't mean your going to get small, you can still hit your strength hard and crush the open workouts at the same time and get the result your looking for. Bottom line, do what makes you happy ;-) - -just my opinion ... Cheers!
