    Still spent about an hour on mobility and mashing.
    Will probably take the dog on a jog later.

  3. Nice little workout filled with snow shoveling. PR'd my time to clear the driveway! Haha. Did yoga and some shoulder mobility.

  4. Did yesterday's regionals work after spending all yesterday throwing up with some type of illness.

  5. Some rowing intervals first, then quite a few hours of mobility. Went head to toe, turned on an audiobook and get some work done. Close grip OHS with thumbs touching with 95# After as a test.
