Nice mobility session w/ a TON of foam rolling. Then some yoga. Feeling good.
AM: 1 rep heavy snatch up to 225 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class for 1:45 Lots of foam rollingPM: 1 rep moderately heavy full clean and jerk up to 255 1 rep heavy power clean up to 275 Swim 1K
Stretched and foam rolled for about an hour. Back not feeling the greatest so I wanted to take it really easy today.
