Recovery Day.


  1. Ben, probably stupid question but were we changing the recovery day to Thursday for Regionals Wods?
    Confused because i see wednesday still as recovery day.

  2. Good to see how jacked Hobart has gotten, not so "fat Irish and white" anymore ha. But you still move so well

  3. make up row today. and 20rm bench 185 for 18 mentally weak because of no spotter.

  4. 5k row in the AM: 21:40
    head to toe mobility.

    5 rounds:
    1min max distance HS walk
    3 strict muscle ups
    1min max rep double unders
    rest 1min between rounds

  5. Nice mobility session w/ a TON of foam rolling. Then some yoga. Feeling good.

  6. AM: 1 rep heavy snatch up to 225
    Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class for 1:45
    Lots of foam rolling

    PM: 1 rep moderately heavy full clean and jerk up to 255
    1 rep heavy power clean up to 275
    Swim 1K

  7. Stretched and foam rolled for about an hour. Back not feeling the greatest so I wanted to take it really easy today.
