Work up to a triple from the ground at 80% of projected 3RM - do not go higher, do not do extra sets.

2.  2 Rounds, Not For Time:
this should be done at a 'walking' pace.

8 DBS, 70/50 - 4/side
Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.

    2) OHS Ladder - 125 - Got 155 to my back to Jerk up, but just couldn't get it. Still psyching myself out ever since the competition where I collapsed a Behind the Neck jerk on my neck...
    3) Well, I set up the rings... My score was zero. I don't know what has happened to my muscle-ups, but I have lost it...
