    2) 2 hours and 15 minutes :) No, but really, I clipped my shin on a box jumpover (it was the metal open side kind of box)... ended up having to go to the ER. They butterflied it up, wrapped a bandage around it, and I went back and finished my 6 box jumpovers and 10 OH Squats. :) Oh and I subbed ctb and dips for muscle ups. Everything else as prescribed.

  4. 1. 185, 205, 225, 245, 265 felt good decided not to push it
    2. 11:51 with a few weight changes and 145 thrusters. Muscle ups took over 3 mins. No misses but played it to conservative. Still about a minute and a half faster than last time so I'll take it

Checkin in guys! this week will make 4 weeks that i have been out of commission! ugh! so excited to get back on track...but i still have until june 12 in the hard cast. i had to have surgery and the doctor had to put screws and a plate in my wrist. and to think, all this out of nowhere on a monday morning! crazy how fast things can be taken from our lives...any who...i have starred a hatch squat cycle and i have been doing what i can to stay somewhat focused. unfortunately...i have no focus... :( i have made a huge change in my schedule though...allowing myself to be in the gym to train only once a day in my open gym time. this has freed up some time in the afternoon for me to work on other things...spend time with my family, my dog, and get some paperwork done!

    so i am going to take a stab at getting somewhat back on track here...very modified...but i miss u guys!
