  1. Hey everyone! Well just came on here to give you all some words of encouragement...I am so disappointed i will not be able to participate and put all my hard work to the test. On a good note, i think it is apparent that this programming is amazing. I feel better then ever, and i know that if i could go compete this weekend, i am pretty confident i would do well. I don't know if that is being egotistical, or confident. We all have weaknesses, but this weekend-well-all the wods are my type of woods!

All of you competing this weekend, i will be there cheering you on in the south east! Rest up, get ur good planned out...start "mental gaming" these workouts...visualizations have always helped me. If i can imagine the worst scenario, and get out of it, experiencing it will be second hand! i promise it works!

Miss training, but i had planned to take some time off after the games, although i hoped this time would have come a bit later. Ah well! Life happens, time to focus on being the best coach i can be and the best box owner i can. Lots to learn!

    Ill be checkin in !!

  2. Region #3

    1. 10:18rx. Legs are smoked from wall balls and pistols. Been months since I've done pistols.

    2. Completed all 12 minutes. By far, one of the toughest WODs in a very long time. Did good by not starring at the bar too much. Just picked it up and went.

  3. 1) 6:31 RX....Everything was unbroken with no fails except the C2B, told myself I was going to butterfly every single one. It definitely slowed me down as most of them took 3 sets but I was really pumped that I was able to do them all.

    2) OTM X 10...Done Ripped both hands and probably popped some blood vessels, just another day in the life.

  8. Region 1

    1) 12:44. Sucked more than I thought. Chest to bars slowed me down massively.

    2) done

    3) as I'm not competing this weekend I added some extra stuff in as resting tomorrow

    10 rounds;
    1 min row
    1 min ski erg
    1 min rest.

All rows under 1:40 pace all ski ergs under 1:55 pace.

  9. Regional 2:

    1. 10:04

    2. Done at 205#
    - first thing I've done over 185# in months
    - felt good for the first 8 minutes, then started to be too much on my hip, I ended up skipping the 12th (last) minute. Good thing, but it was still too much. I feel locked right up now. Pretty sure I'll be sitting out of both the deadlift/BJ WOD and the squat clean/rope climb WOD at next weekend.
