  3. Today, I started following the Get Ha-uge program from last year. Partly because I didn't know what else to do since I'm not a games athlete... yet :) Will continue to follow the blog and adjust my training as necessary. Good luck to the remaining regionals athletes!

  4. My little brother is visiting from Michigan. He is a Marine - so I wanted to challenge him to a workout - so of course I picked Murph.

    So - I did Murph today - 36:10. Feel good about it!
