  1. I would like to begin your program to prep for the 2014 season. Since I am not competing in Regionals should I hop right into the programming today or start else where? Thank you for putting such great programming together!

  2. You're best bet is probably to follow our general class programming from CFNE if you're interested, or maybe the mainsite and focus on your weaknesses and skill stuff at the moment

    The programming now is tailored specifically for the athletes competing in regionals or who have made it to the games

    Ben will start getting athletes ready for next year once this season is over, therefore I'm not saying you wouldn't get results but I think you'd see better gains doing general crossfit right now

    1. Geoff, I've also been wondering what program I'm going to do after regionals, so I just checked out the CFNE programming, and I noticed there's a WOD every day of the week. Is there not supposed to be any scheduled rest days?? Or what is the rx for following that program for work/rest.

    2. most of our athletes and competitor's follow the general CF guideline of 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off so whatever works best for your schedule I'd say shoot for that

  3. Regional 2:
    - Really wanted to get a taste for what the 100's wod is going to feel like, so I mimicked yesterday's met-con instead of today's work.

    For time:
