  5. Cheryl- i am so sorry to hear the news. All of us who have been following your training on here know how devastated you must be. Obviously there are no answers right now but I truly believe that things happen for a reason. Stay positive. Thoughts and prayers for you for a speedy recovery.

  10. Cheryl- all I can say is that you will come back from this ready for an even more epic comeback. You are amazingly dedicated and talented. Get better soon! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

    I did McGhee (Hero WOD) today in place of the revivals workouts. I am not going to regionals, so I will only trey them once on the day of the MidAtlantic Regional.

I think I'm speaking for all the compWOD regional competitor's when I say that your situation will be a major motivator for me throughout the weekend if I'm ever tempted to feel sorry for myself.

    10-8-6-4-2 deficit HSPU
    12 Pistols each round
    14:23. Happy considering my max power clean is 235

    3. 7min burpee muscle ups. 15 reps

    Late night workout. Whatever it takes! Huuaah!

    did this a year ago with 225 and my time was 7:45. I'd say thats progress with a 50lb jump.
