    3. Added you guys. However, the "problem" when you add new people, is that its a new leaderbord, with new adress.

    5'8"/180/44

Re-did 14.1. 304. 23 rep improvement over yesterday. Went all clean and jerks. Helped a little, but my grip still was destroyed. I see a lot of plate carries and farmer carries in my future.

There are some crazy numbers being put up by you guys and a lot of people fighting through goats, that will be strengths this time next year, to get really good scores. Really fantastic work. All of you inspire me.

    2. Damn, that's a great jump, what was your pace? I was rying for a 1:20 pace to get thru seven rds. But the tank started to empty out and forearms started to smoke. I did switch between snatch grip and clean grip and the cleans felt easier and had to break the set of 15 into 5's. Tried it get DU's in sets of 20 ten ten later on into the WOD. Got 264 reps wanted 270 min. Will re-do again and hopefully improve to get into or through the double unders in rd. 7.

264 reps. Will redo tired to maintain a 1:20 pace but the tank started to empty and stumbled on a few sets of DU broke up snatches into sets of 5 later on and switched between snatch grip and Clean grip. Want to get into DU of rd 7.

    1. Rich, I finished my first round at 1:02 (clean and jerks were about 10 seconds slower for me than snatches) and then the next two rounds were about 1:25 each (lose a few seconds transitioning between bar and rope and back again). Round 4 the grip started to get a little smoky and after that it was a blur just trying to hold onto the bar. If grip isn't that big of an issue for you, I would recommend trying to snatch the whole time. It is a lot faster if you can hold onto the bar!

Good luck! Looks like I will be doing it again Monday. I am just going to go all out and hope I can hold on!

    3. Grip is Key Here. Much Easier for me to hold hook grip on C&J. I never let it go, even over head. Also it didn't burn me out bringing the BB back to floor. For me I control the bar on the way to floor much slower on snatch then C&J and that eccentric contraction will smoke you out. C&J saved me on this WOD and im Strong at DU

Local box (my brother's) had a charity event today for Barbells for Boobs, so had to do Grace first:
3:25 (30 second slower than pr, but didn't want to burn myself out), than open wod:
    solo, so did 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 of 30# WB and 135 PC, 11:59
    WB were 25, 20, 9+6, 10, 5, and PC's were sets of 5
Still trying to get the DU's better, hopefully it comes before Monday!

did 14.1. will probably be doing the opens workouts Saturdays instead of Fridays due to work. then again Monday
352 reps. pretty much emptied the tank on this. had a few misses on the DU's that could have saved some seconds but felt like I paced the snatches very well.
    Thanks for the awesome programing

  24. Walked in to a new, local box today, to meet some local crossfitters and was offered a coaching job. Got to say, I'm pretty excited. Gonna go back tomorrow morning to do 14.1, so took it a bit easy today. Did some 30# WB (just came in the mail, damn it's heavy) DUs and snatches to loosen up and get ready for tomorrow.

I did read some reviews of theirs and it looks like they had a Quality issue last year but addressed it and people like the new ball much better. I'll let you know if I ever have an issue with it.
