1) Dynamic Back Squats 105# + chains 10 x 2. Felt light.
ReplyDelete2) MU works. Got my first 4 MUs without the false grip, thanks to the coaching from Craig and Eric. Got the 1st 2 consecutive then the next 2 singles. I can see this will mean I have to work on my kip.
3) 10 x 200M on the minute, target 42. (39, 42, 42, 39, 42, 42, 42, 43, 42, 41). Didn't feel any pain during warmups or the run. Sure that I wouldn't have been able to do any more than 1 or 2 in a second set. Amazing how fast that speed endurance goes. I'm icing now and will try it again Monday.
