    2) done. Can't do bar muscle up in the basement so did 5 supine bar rows and 5 push-ups
    3) 21:12 - needed to sore up Sqt cleans

    2. Done - but subbed CTB for Muscle-Ups and did a 150 m Row due to logistics
    3. 14: 31RX - Dips/TTB slowed me up a bit. Jerks felt great (did all unbroken) and split squat cleans 5-5 each round.
