    5K - 24:57

    1) Back Squat: 185 -- Still feeling it from the impromptu Murph on Friday, so I went lighter than I probably could have
    2) Bench: 100 - Happy with this!
    3) Deadlift - 210
    4) Prowler: Used 140 since those were the weight plates available outside - 3:55 (had to go 50 m and turn around, twice obviously)

  3. Am- 31 min trail run. Don't know the distance.

    No prowler- don't have one at home. Went hiking with the fam instead. Ended up being a 90 minute child carry/push/drag anyway.
