    1. Snatch work up to heavy 1 rep - worked up to 175, focusing on technique

    2. Deficit deadlifts - standing on 45lb bumpers. Worked up to 375 for 3 reps

    3. 3RFT - 315lb squat x 5. Deficit HSPU on parallettes x 7, 135lb power snatch x 9. 15:41

    4. Annie - abmat sit-ups feet not held down. 10:11. Abs still recovering from earlier this week..
