Suckfest. Pizza and beer last night was a bad choice. Last cheat weekend before the programming starts.
20:52 with 14# WB. Chose a weight I wouldn't have to break more then once per round. First 3 rounds unbroken, rounds 4 & 5 was 20 and 10 reps.
