  4. 20:52 with 14# WB. Chose a weight I wouldn't have to break more then once per round. First 3 rounds unbroken, rounds 4 & 5 was 20 and 10 reps.

  6. This is my first time posting. I train at crossfit Apex and been following the program on and off and now I'm fully committing with a few others from our box.

    Open: 21:31 the wall balls got tough but felt good with the rest

      Sub 25 next time for sure otherwise as states earlier 50 additional box jumps and extra 800 m run as punishment...

  16. 35:44. I really though I could do better than that.. These time domains are not my friend. The runs are on a gravel driveway so it sucked that much more. Oh well, happy to be done!
