do this at a moderate pace, don't record times.

    PR'd my snatch = 135 (Justin, a fellow comp-wodder, is my witness!)
    Air Force WOD = 4:20 PR

    1. Done -- set up kind of an obstacle course of boxes...was fun :)
    2. Subbed Burpee CTB (12) and Burpee Dips for the Muscle-Ups (13:44)
    3. Done - quite slow! :)

    2) 13:36 cleans felt bad today. Did burpee 2 ctb and 2 ring dips per burpee mU
    3) 4 rds plus climbs. Took runs slow. Did towel pull ups and towel knee to elbow
