14.2 Redo today - 139...3 rep improvement. Just didn't have anything left in my forearms to hang on to C2B. Was really hoping to get into 16's, but can walk away saying I gave it my all.
Tb, I watched your 1st attempt from the CF leaderboard bc you were one of the first videos up there. I didn't realize you were on here then. Nice friggin improvement on 2nd attempt!
Was at the box today couldn't resist doing some work. 30 squat snatches not for time. Worked a few bar and rings muscle ups. Handstands.. Just had a good time playing around and coaching too. Happy Sunday!

14.2 redo today - 141 reps which is 7 reps better than Friday. Really wanted to get into 16's like Clayton said, but I gave it everything I had today.

14.2 redo today ~ 173 Reps... Made it to the 16's! Holy Cow!!! THAT was tough!!! I was just seeing stars on those reps!!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck to everyone on the redo's today and tomorrow... My suggestion is to break up the C2B's it really helped!!! Manage that rest time!

DeleteRedid 14.2 today. Got 133 reps. A 4 rep improvement from Friday. Wanted to get into the 16's, but happy overall.
