    Spent a lot of time working mob from my head to my toes.

  9. Doing 14.2 Saturday so I'm using tomorrow as my recovery day.

    Today:

    1. EMOM x 12: 2 C2B. Really trying to get my butterfly rhythm.

    2. 15 min AMRAP:
    1,000 m Row Buy-In:
    Then,
    15 WB @20#
    15 GHD Sit-Ups
    25 DU's

    Just moved at a good consistent pace on this, didn't try to kill myself. Good luck on 14.2 everyone!! Kill it!!
