Did yesterday's work today 1. Metcon- 5:52. Felt solid and fast on this. 2. Burner- subbed rowing for airdyne 3:07. 3. Skills- did progressions for these
Burpees from the first one walk down / walk up / jump (you do NOT want a no rep so focus here on 2 foot takeoff!!) Do NOT stop moving during the burpees.....by the last few rounds I went to my knees and used my arms to push up BUT I refused to stop. Flex your mental muscle here....you're going to need it!!
