One of my favorite wods! I am proud of my previous "fat Nancy " time lol so we will see how this goes! :) yesterday was my rest day ... I've been working with a lifting coach for the past 6 weeks or so...today we are ending our cycle and I am maxing out my snatch & c&j....hoping to hit some prs! Goal -170 c&j and 135 snatch!
Lifting session horrible! Don't know what was up got 125 and got under 170 but couldn't jerk it ... Grr!! Just didn't have it in me today :/

Kbs 20(70#) 27(55#) 30 (35#) then 15(70#) 27(55#) 35(35#) I assumed max sets meant we could not be dropped once we dropped the kb Good session after this morning!
