  1. One of my favorite wods! I am proud of my previous "fat Nancy " time lol so we will see how this goes! :) yesterday was my rest day ... I've been working with a lifting coach for the past 6 weeks or so...today we are ending our cycle and I am maxing out my snatch & c&j....hoping to hit some prs! Goal -170 c&j and 135 snatch!

    1. Lifting session horrible! Don't know what was up got 125 and got under 170 but couldn't jerk it ... Grr!! Just didn't have it in me today :/

      I assumed max sets meant we could not be dropped once we dropped the kb
