Yes, the kb is going to pull you to the bottom of the pool. Move it as far as possible before coming up for air. Then swim to the top breathe and repeat till you get to the end.
Not cherry picking! I willdo this thurs ( only day off this week when I can make it in the hours The pool is open)... Today I did "del" hero wod programmed for the day... Scaled up to male rx... Which wasn't too bad 16:39
