Tuesday 7.17.12

Congrats to Lisa 8, 45-49 Master's Champion!
Lisa dominated - winning 5 of the 7 events.

5 RFT:
400m Run
15 OHS 95/65

The next two weeks will be lighter volume.  This is the time to reflect on the past season, spend some extra time with the family, let you body recover and start to focus on the next year. 
If you a member of an affiliate, do workouts with the classes.  Or better yet, get outside the gym and do something besides CrossFit - go waterskiing, mountain biking, hiking, or learn to kite surf.

August first we will begin our year long periodization to prepare for the 2013 season.  Hope you are ready!


  1. Sounds good! :)... Trying to prioritize my life as well :) goal 1. Need full time trainer job.. Or a job that I can be proud of.. And make me financially stable.
    2. This mAy require a move because i also need to train with other competitors
    3. Commit to the fact that I may need to spend some cash on some personalized coaching... But I will be in Cali next year... As a competitor !!
