Monday 9.3.12

I am traveling this weekend, and don't know what my ability to get on the 
internet will be, so I am posting the next three days early.

Maloney.

1.  Front Squat
work up to a 3RM

2.  Open 12.5
7 minute up ladder (3-6-9-12....) of:
Thrusters, 100/65
C2B Pull ups

3.  Terminators
4 x 12 Reps - midline static, with the pad under hammies, not butt.  Press the bar above your eyes, not towards your waist.

    2. WOD 81 (68 in the open)
    3. 22.5# DB - tried with a 45# bar, but i felt it instantly in my lower back, in a bad way. Guess this isn't good if you're 6'5"

    85 c2b tried different form today 23 less than open
    3 rds with 35# 1 with 45# (this was new and interesting!)

  17. 1. Front squat 190#... 3rd one was ugly coming up out of the bottom
    2. I really tweaked my shoulder on saturday during the muscle ups... Pull ups felt fine on Saturday.. But my shoulder has been funky still so I didn't want to get worse... Pushing doesn't hurt ... Only pulling down
    Ugh thinking my body might be asking for a break this week

    Terminators, @ 15# and 35#. Ouch. Abs were clenched so tight thought I was going to puke.

    2. 12.5: 101 reps. PR. Felt really good coming from the front squats. Also didn't break down into singles for thrusters unlike the Open.
