Not trying to go against the programming, but did this very recently. Score was 18:46. Today did same movements 21 down to 3 in 9:34.
Did fran today while getting my level 1 . 5:56.. My old fran pr is 4:15 . Still not amazing I know. Today I fell apart because I ripped on 21 then I was slipping off from my blood for the rest of it.. Level 1 is going awesome so far!

Damn I was going to be in miami all this week for Art Basel if I wasn't getting my level 1. I'm kind of bummed I missed it I heard it was awesome. Maybe next time
