15:30 Rx. Muscle ups whooped me more than expected. Everything else went pretty smooth. Thrusters,T2b, OHS, box jumps, power clean(drop & regrip technique) went unbroken/quick pace
I was super disappointed with this. I wanted sub 10min.
13:19Kind of a shit show doing this in my garage. Used woman's bar for thrusters so total weight was 133 and had to do weight changes with the other bar for cleans and ohs. Oh wellPaced first round thru saving some for mus. Pushed a little harder on way back.Felt pretty good overall. Was unsure about how mus would go. May have paced them too much but its all goodHave fun with this one!
15:48 - Used my "fat bar" grips for the thrusters.I got my first Muscle- Up last week. Today was my first WOD trying to do MUs in a workout. I did three :) Then, I switched over to using the skinny purple band for bar muscle-ups. Everything else as prescribed. My left elbow hurts when I do MU on rings... I am rubbing it/icing it. Any ideas to fix this?!
17:48Jumpers knee is bothering me
I thought because of the snow my gym would be closed today so I drank a lot last night. Gym wasn't closed so I tried to hit the workout anyway hung over.I think I came out of the gate too hot considering the amount of alcohol in my body. I collapsed and couldn't finish on the final ohs but I was sub 10 when I died so i'm still happy haha

F/25/145# Day 314:12 Rx used axel bar for thrustersjust started forcing myself to do no false-grip MUs, this was my 2nd time doing them in a WOD...felt easy during warm-up, not so easy in the middle of all that but I got through them
13:03. 1 minute improvement. Only had one bar, had to swap weight around.

Hit this at the Y so had one bar and no rings (subbed bar muscle ups) also used fat grips for the thrusters...constant changing of the weights definitely hurt the time....13:23Been cooped up in the house so long cus of the snowstorm had a shit ton of energy left so hit regional workout 3 = 5:04
We did "Murph" yesterday and recorded the footage for the movie coming out in March. Chris and I did it with a 20# vest on. Our mile runs consisted of terrible up and downhills and it was 80 degrees outside. It was; long, tiring, miserable, hot, etc. Just the way it should be. Terrible timing though, because I have been wanting to do this wod for a while now. 43:23Back on schedule tomorrow

21:31 - I did OK on the way up but once I hit the Burpee MU everything went to hell in a hand basket. I've had two really shit sessions in a row now. Might be time for a few days off.

a humbling 13:00 went in thinking sub 11:00, cleans got me good.

M/6'0/23512:58 with two bars. Switched between 155 and 135. Still trying to get over some massive shoulder inflammation. Burpee MU's didn't feel good at all until about 5 reps in. By far the slowest part.
