  1. Went to the box at 6:30 this morning to try to make up some of yesterday's work before my PE review course.

    Cleans - 135, 155, 185, 205, 225 (PR - old 3 RM TNG)

    Met-Con 1 - 12:02

    Did all the cleans as singles and I am awful at pull-ups, downright awful.

    Alternating tabatas:
    HS hold against wall (this was tough, need to do more)
    Abmat Sit-Ups - 12's and 11's

    Now I'm doing AMRAP education in 8 hours, good times.
