Went to the box at 6:30 this morning to try to make up some of yesterday's work before my PE review course.Cleans - 135, 155, 185, 205, 225 (PR - old 3 RM TNG)Met-Con 1 - 12:02Did all the cleans as singles and I am awful at pull-ups, downright awful.Alternating tabatas:HS hold against wall (this was tough, need to do more)Abmat Sit-Ups - 12's and 11'sNow I'm doing AMRAP education in 8 hours, good times.
Woke up with a groin strain. Really bad timing for this. See you guys when this heals
