1.  For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1:  Front Squats, 225/155 - no racks, must be taken from the ground.
10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100:  Double Unders

  4. Jerk tech is perfect. That's what killed me. Very inefficient movement for me. His rythm was super consistent. IMPRESSIVE!!!!

    30:09... It is what it is.

    All FS steady & unbroken, double unders from 60-100 broken up. Tried to push for a good finish, mindset was just to slay 225# goats. Rests in between uneven.

    Tried warming up for Monday's wod today and wasn't feeling it. Still sore and low energy from comp this weekend. Some days you just need to call it quits.

    Pumped to hit this wod tomorrow!

    Went unbroken on all front squats, and unbroken du's until I got to 80 haha then the lashing began. Great day though. Specially after the testicle kick of yesterday's WOD.

  10. 27:18 or 28:17 rx can't remember. last two days have felt like a total shit show, but I did them rx and both were partial goats. thanks for the awesome programming Ben! I will do better in the open solely bc of this program.

  13. holy hell! thank god this is my last week following a day behind! back on track after this week... hate posting a day late!
    yesterday's work-
    1. snatches 115 5/5/5 - I lose my grip after that! feel like I had more In me ... jus couldn't hold on to it
    2. box squats- really worke on exploding out the bottom and sitting way back
    3. holy hell! I had a moment where I thought I was going to have to scale that.. moved very slow and pull ups got very ugly...one month... I got u James! tried to make it through all the jerks unbroken ... failed my las rep on set 8-7-6 grrr!!! lol I hate missing! proud I made it through the 145#! 14:23!

  15. 16.38 @ 185 I scaled down i reall felt like 225 was not a good weight for me today after yesterday, just felt extremely weak and normally 225 feels quite decent.

    Happy but not satisfied. This was a good WOD to focus on my DU technique, which actually got better as the rounds went on. Legs feel great

    I did the first 10 with 155 (YEAH!)
    Reduced to 145 for rest of the rounds. Couldn't Clean the 155 after the first round. Did all of my FS unbroken :)
    Another day where I may not have been able to do RX, but it felt good. I am getting stronger! :)

    Wod did first few rounds with 205 thought I was going slow so I scaled. But I think 185 was too much scaling because I smoked through it after..

  24. 27:29 Rx. This was my first PM WOD in what seems like a year.

    Wanted sub-25 but my grip was absolutely smoked on DU. I am regretting the slightly heavier cable on my Rx rope after that one! All FS unbroken and I squat cleaned the first rep every set, hope that counts.

    Also, I need an ice bath!

    10 yd sprint
    14 Pistols
    21 DUs
    10 yd sprint back

    4 rnds exactly Rx. Good WOD. DLs were the deal breaker.

    Pretty smoked after that and tons of cleans yesterday so I did the Comp WOD afterwards modified to off the rack and kind of NFT. Just worked on good form and depth.

  29. Happy I rx'd that. Hadn't cleaned heavy since back injury, so wasn't sure I could handle 225. Glad to finish, but MOTHEREFFER that was hard!
