    2. Me too.. It's a mental one for me. Love/hate thing.. Maybe slightly more hate hahah!

      Sore all over from this week.. Think the tabata is mostly responsible. Anyone else feeling that way? Maybe this is just a reminder of my almost 37 yo body...

    3. Everyone I workout with who follows CompWOD felt that way this morning! Mark...you are not alone.

    5. I couldn't agree more...my body is hurting. The tabata is still killing me 2 days later. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow morning's recovery from the wall balls! See you all on Monday.

  11. Felt beat up to hell this morning. By the sounds of things I should of got this done as everyone else felt the same. On the way back in from a week off for illness and a week before that was a holiday. Paying the price.

    Decided on;

    10x400m Row w/ 2 mins rest in between each.

    - this is funny but aggravating. I done fgb almost a year to the date. My total then was 277 rx. My goal today 325...after completely this today and totally my count at 275! So devastated and pissed! It felt great and I knew I would be in the mid 300's. Then it hit me that I forgot to do the row!!! 😡😡

  15. 336 - pretty off from my PR but happy considering how sore I felt

  16. Fight Gone Bad-382.
    This is at least a 40 rep PR. I was wanting 400 so bad, but considering how sore I am from this week, I'll take it!

    1) Definitely beat up today, lower back tight and tweaky hip. So I did a FGB format with low intensity movements to keep Jon the Machine Moreno company. Back at it Monday!

    FGB: 272 PR by 40 reps

    * skipped rowing because I don't have a rower at home (yet!)

  19. 364. PR by 10 reps from April. Still no rower so subbed 35# KBS, same as last time. I'll take it given how sore I am today. Much needed rest day tomorrow, but I promised the wife I'd do a slow 4.5 mile run with her in the morning...

  20. 431 (168,134,129) - 443 is PR

  23. Did this this morning. Ran a 10k first, lol, not the smartest thing, legs were feelin it, but still did pretty good, very happy.

    Scored 340. Haven't done it in over 2 years, so have nothing to compare to, so this is my starting score to go off of.
