ReplyDelete35 min rxd . Everything unbroken, but spent amount of time for transitions (treadmill on another floor, also several times there were no vacant treadmills).
I thought that 102,5kg Front Squats will be challenge for me, but I was wrong.
DeleteRunning was real challenge. Want to try this workout on the track, hate to run on a treadmill.

2014 REGIONAL & GAMES ATHLETES: Threw in 1RM snatch today. I've been drilling hard on it lately and I wanted to see my progress!

ReplyDeleteSubbed burpees jumping to target 18 inches above reach for the runs because I had to work out at the fire station and couldn't risk getting 400 meters away due to being short-handed. Did this:

10 burpees to 18" target
11 CtB pullups
20 burpees to 18" target
12 KB swings (70#)
Took 26:55.
Accumulated 30 reps of weighted pullups with the 70# KB after this (6-7-6-6-5)

Power of working out with a group.... hit 10 ub c2b with butterfly mid-wod. never did more than 4 or so and def not that coordinated. went on to hit 8 and 6 ub in later rounds so it wasn't a fluke.
