Its been 4 months since I have bee following your program given to me by my little brother Mane Wong Masuisui who loves and compete nationwide. I am still fairly new and am only working out to stay up with my four beautiful children who loves being active. A while ago their was a post about charging participants to this website, personally you have a awesome program and you are truly helping ordinary people like myself achieve happiness through crossfit and honestly the cost of joining a crossfit gym is beyond my budget which is why I use your program. It gives me an outlet from the grind of my daily life and struggles trying to keep my family moving. I also know you have a business to run. Just know I'm grateful for all the WODs and I excited to anticipate what's next even though its going to kill me. So if you are going a different direction I will understand but thank you for taking me to the next level of what I can achieve and I do it all for my family.

Hi guys, echo that, if there is any chance of posting workouts ahead of time to help out folks in other time zones (Europe, Asia, etc.) that`s be awesome!! And if not, no worries, this is still the best site ever ;) Greetings from the Czech republic
Hey Guys, an unfortunate reality of this blog is that Ben is a busy dude with quite a few obligations. This blog is not priority #1 (understandably so). We've been through this subject a couple times and to give you context for our situation in the Philippines we are +12 so the day is almost completely done because as I write this it is 1815, all open gym time has come and gone.
So, what can you do if the work isn't posted? Well you can take a gander at CFNE's main site and see what their met con is. A large majority of the time their met con is our met con (to some extent), so at least you know that much. You can also take a look at the programming template he provided under the programming philosophy tab and add in what you need to work on.
Took yesterday off so did it today. No team available to me sink did part of the regionals work.
ReplyDelete13:38 for the KB OHS and 400m run
Did OTM 3 pos snatch with 95lbs. Kept it light and worked technique, with focus on catching it low in a oly squat position.
