  1. No timer today
All unbroken but not the runs. Walked during the 800's a bit...

  2. Willy,
35 min rxd . Everything unbroken, but spent amount of time for transitions (treadmill on another floor, also several times there were no vacant treadmills).

    1. I thought that 102,5kg Front Squats will be challenge for me, but I was wrong.
Running was real challenge. Want to try this workout on the track, hate to run on a treadmill.

  17. Wow some sick times on here. Good job guys,
    Regional rx: 26:47
Focusing on pace.. each round was 8:40 (ish)
Up here in Canada so it was cold and snowy, but it builds mental toughness!

    Yest:
    Row: 64 Cal
    BJ:78
    PP: 62
    Deadlift: 45
    Total: 249
Reverse sled drag to simulate prowler push (quads instead of hammy)
Thought it was 40ft instead of meters. So did some more afterwords, time wouldn't have been accurate though.

  18. "Willy" 27:57. Unbroken on everything except first set of C2Bs cuz my hands slipped. Felt like I paced it pretty well. Glad that's over!

  19. Subbed burpees jumping to target 18 inches above reach for the runs because I had to work out at the fire station and couldn't risk getting 400 meters away due to being short-handed. Did this:

    3 Rounds of:
    40 burpees to 18" target
    5 front squats (225#)
    10 burpees to 18" target
    11 CtB pullups
    20 burpees to 18" target
    12 KB swings (70#)

    Took 26:55.
Accumulated 30 reps of weighted pullups with the 70# KB after this (6-7-6-6-5)

Power of working out with a group.... hit 10 ub c2b with butterfly mid-wod. never did more than 4 or so and def not that coordinated. went on to hit 8 and 6 ub in later rounds so it wasn't a fluke.
