  1. First I've heard that she was a crossfitter. I will spread the word and try to get some others to join in the effort tomorrow.

Thought SDHP would be the rest- wrong. Thrusters were the easiest for me as weird as that sounds.

    4. And I only say that to help bro. Not to be a prick. But hand rips, I felt sick, it's cold, it's hot, just excuses that only bring you down! Keep killing it bro!!

    5. NO excuses - ever.

As Bill Parcells has said, "you are what your record says you are." Before Parcells joined a team a common feeling among players were that they weren't as good or bad as there record said. Teams would have a record of 3 and 5, but say they were better than that. "We lost one game because our starting QB was out and we lost another game because of a terrible call by the ref that cost us the game, so we should be 5 and 3 and in first place." NOT TRUE. No excuses.

If you "could have" or "should have" got one more round in that amrap, or 10 more pounds on your 1RM snatch then why didn't you. It's not because of the cold, the equipment, the running route or the judge.

There are no excuses - you are what your record says you are.

Like Taylor said, never give yourself an out - don't think of excuses, don't say excuses - Ever.

  7. This one felt a little different compared to all the other Hero Wods, probably because it hit closer to home then some of the others. R.I.P and prayers to everyone effected by these tragic events.

  13. 21:15 and it was not my best day. The thought that go me through was that I could take 20mins of pain for the victims. Great idea Ben and God bless those teachers, the families and the victims.
