    2. Not for time, but I time everything I do. Especially with runs lately because I'm working towards improving my USMC PFT run - 5 miles, 44:26, literally as I hit the 5 mile marker, I was hit with a stupid zombie chase! https://www.zombiesrungame.com/spydax/659509/

  3. Happy to say that's the furthest distance I've run in over 10 years! Felt great, this running thing may not be so bad after all. Great way to kick off 2013.

  6. Ran 6 miles in 46 min. Only ran 6 bc I needed a turnaround spot and it was at 3 instead of 2.5.

  8. Had to Row did 8050 meter 33:07 I looked up the meter to miles equivanlent I'm not sure but I think maybe I should have rowed further based on times.
