  2. OTM 6 squat snatch and squat clean & jerk this AM. Used 135 for snatch and 195 for C&J. Could not maintain 3 reps OTM, had to drop down to 2 after the first round. Shoulders are fatigued from past two days. Great workout though.

  3. Should have tested but had to do a sentimental semi goodbye one with my best bud. We made one up so
    Suicide with double under ladder 10 to 50 and then full suicide.
