Awesome job, CFNE! I have only been able to watch the update shows - but what I did see was great! I plan on You-Tubing some of the events today. CONGRATULATIONS!!! :)
Okay so i had an awesome time watching CFNE throwdown! Honestly...they were just amazing to watch as well as all the other athletes! I have spent the last few days reflecting on what is to come for me in the future. I am a little behind due to travels but here is this week so far :) Monday- Rested (traveling all day) Tuesday- 1. Hatch Squats (week 11 of 12!! thank god!) 2. Snatch- Max reps- stayed at 105#; no pain in wrist and definitely feeling jet lag 3&4- see #2; i started to warm it up but i was all starfishy...so i stopped. 5. `AMRAP Diane- tried to strategize-1. i know i have an awesome diane time, but i am reminding myself that i am hindered at the moment and need to be as best as I can be today and not think about hitting PRs! I wanted 3 Full rounds, that was the most volume I have done upside down on this wrist, def still favoring the left side. Score= 2 Rounds + 86 reps (4 hspu shy!) 6. Muscle Up practice (no false grip; gotta get these down!)
Tuesday A.M. only got 3 hours of sleep :( 1.15 min hamstring/hip/low back mobility- i was really feeling tight in my DL yesterday, think its from all the walking/sitting over the weekeend 2. Box Jump- not my best performance, like 32", just fatigued! 3. Made up cleans and jerks from yesterday- worked with 135# 4. AMRAP Fran- felt like my transitions were slow- not "competition mode" for sure. Pull ups feeling like they are coming back 2 Rounds +19 thrusters **going to try and rig up some kinda yolk in the afternoon :)
Awesome thanks Ben, good luck to all your Athletes this week!
