  3. 1. 5:35rx'd Coulda been faster, but no drop policy at our box, and focusing on technique now that I've figured out what Coach B was telling me about slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
    2. 16:09, 375# sled drag/ 70# KBs. I don't know which was worse.

    2. 25:50, used 175# on homemade sled and did 150m with 70# dumbbells but dropped it to 60#DBs. I was using the old school plate loaded dumbbells which made it really difficult to walk with.

    Farmer's Carries = hell.

    2. 10.29 with a lot of distance between transitions. Weird setup we have at our gym. had to run 50M or so to get to the sled. 240 on the sled.
