Epic fail on my diet last night, an entire pint of Ben & Jerrys Chubby Hubby got destroyed. So I came early and did some stuff. 4x1000M row with 1 min rest b/w. 3.36 was the fastest, 3:44.3 was the slowest. 800M Run. I was running half of this into a 30MPH wind. Sllooow time. 3:45.
