    3. Used 70# plate loaded dumbbells the first time, which was very awkward. Subbed 10 strict pullups for the 2 rope climbs. 1rd+3thrusters

    The 2nd time used a single 53# kb. (heaviest kb I have) Did 12 single arm kb thrusters, 6/arm.

  33. Epic fail on my diet last night, an entire pint of Ben & Jerrys Chubby Hubby got destroyed. So I came early and did some stuff.
    4x1000M row with 1 min rest b/w. 3.36 was the fastest, 3:44.3 was the slowest.
    800M Run. I was running half of this into a 30MPH wind. Sllooow time. 3:45.
