Monday 5.7.12

Rest days this week will be Thursday & Sunday.

1.  Front Squat

2.  Jerk Complex
Push Jerk + Split Jerk, work up to a heavy set

3.  4 RFT: 
14 DB Snatch (100/70), 
50m Sprint
